Children's Health Guild Holiday Boutique and Luncheon: A Season for Giving.
The Children's Health Guild is a group of 50 compassionate women who share a mission to support children's medical care and research. All proceeds from this year's event are lovingly dedicated to our two beneficiary organizations: Children's Hospital and Research Center Oakland and the George Mark Children's House. In the truest sense of giving, both of these facilities welcome any child for medical care and treatment regardless of their ability to pay. Together, they provide children and their families with much needed healthcare services for a child's full cycle of life.
Our event will feature a Holiday Boutique offering a variety of gift items for friends, family, children and the home. A seated lunch will follow where we are honored to present our keynote speaker, best selling author Kristine Carlson who will share tips on living in the moment from her new book "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff for Moms."
Originally founded as St. Luke's Junior Auxiliary, the women of our organization have been committed to supporting children's medical care and research for nearly 40 years. Please join us as we continue this heartfelt tradition of giving at our Holiday Boutique and Luncheon on December 13, 2012.
